Verify your identity
PUPrime requires identity verification before you can deposit or withdraw. This protects your account and only takes a few minutes.
How to verify
  • 1Log into your PUPrime account and go to the Profile or Verification section
  • 2Upload a clear photo of your ID, passport, or driver's licence
  • 3Upload proof of address if requested, such as a bank statement or utility bill
  • 4Wait for approval. This is usually quick. You will be notified once approved

Set up Telegram
Telegram is how you access the community and how we verify your account. Set it up properly so we can connect you quickly.

  • 2Go to Settings and set a username, for example @yourname. This is essential so we can find and reach you
  • 3Add your PUPrime account ID to your Telegram bio. Go to Settings, Edit Profile, Bio, and type your PUPrime ID there
