No problem. You can move your existing account to my community so you are connected to me as your introducing broker. You do this yourself in the PUPrime app or browser.

  • 1Go to Profile and click Transfer IB or CPA
  • 2Under Partnership Type select IB
  • 3In the IB number field enter 7527326. Use only this number, never a random code
  • 4Confirm that all your open positions are closed, then click Submit

Do I need experience?

No. The community is built for beginners. You will get daily education, a trading coach bot, and full support from day one.

Is my money safe?

PUPrime uses negative balance protection, which means you can never lose more than what you deposit. You are always in control.

Had a PUPrime account before?

If you had an account in the past and stopped, you do not owe anything. The negative balance protection means your balance resets to zero, never to a debt. You can start fresh today.

Verify your identity
PUPrime requires identity verification before you can deposit or withdraw. This protects your account and only takes a few minutes.
How to verify
  • 1Log into your PUPrime account and go to the Profile or Verification section
  • 2Upload a clear photo of your ID, passport, or driver's licence
  • 3Upload proof of address if requested, such as a bank statement or utility bill
  • 4Wait for approval. This is usually quick. You will be notified once approved
Why this matters. Without verification your deposit and withdrawal options stay locked. Completing it now means everything is ready when you fund your account.

Set up Telegram
Telegram is how you access the community and how we verify your account. Set it up properly so we can connect you quickly.

  • 1Go to Settings and set a username, for example @yourname. This is essential, without a username we cannot find or reach you
  • 2Add your PUPrime account ID to your Telegram bio. Go to Settings, Edit Profile, Bio, and type your PUPrime ID there
Why the PUPrime ID in your bio. It lets us confirm you are genuinely connected to our community before we give you access. A quick check that keeps the community protected.

Set up MetaTrader
Set up MetaTrader
Now that your deposit is done, set up MetaTrader 5. This is where you place your trades.
Connect MetaTrader 5

MetaTrader 5, or MT5, is the app where you place your trades. First download it, then connect it with your PUPrime details.

Which accounts to open. Open a live account, this is where you trade with real funds. If you are new, also open a demo account so you can practice with no risk first. Connect both your demo and your live account in MT5, then start on demo until you feel ready for live.
  • 1Open the app and choose Login to an existing account
  • 2Search for the server name from your PUPrime email. There is a separate email for demo and for live, each with its own server and login
  • 3Enter the login and password from that same email, then connect

Password not recognised? Do not copy and paste it. Type the login and password by hand exactly as they appear in the email. Pasting often adds a hidden space that blocks the login.
